Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return for any item. To be eligible for a return, your item must:- Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or personalized products
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at muneeb.raees.designer@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. -
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
Refunds

Refund Approval:
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. -
Partial Refunds:
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:- Items are not in their original condition or packaging.
- Items are returned beyond the 14-day return window.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
